Over the past years I have worked extensively with numerous nonprofit organizations related to the arts and finally launched two projects myself.
Bilderpool
Was launched in October 2004 to inform about the possibilities of art rental. One aim is to assist my artist colleagues in their professionalization, the other to open new venues for art lovers to access art works. The website is available both in English and German.
KiS - Kunst in Schulen
Kunst in Schulen (May 2005) is a database that introduces German artists with their skills and ideas for creative work with children and young people. KiS – Kunst in Schulen is available in German only.
I created these projects in cooperation with NGOs and do have a sponsor
for the database. However, I am doing most of the financing, work
and maintenance.
